when do we collect personal information?

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from people entering the 'public' areas of junctionj (i.e. The areas you can surf and look around without need for a password). We collect only information on the numbers of visitors to certain areas.

junctionj marketing's anti-spam policy

junctionj marketing sends email, on behalf of itself or clients.

junctionj marketing offers clients a permission based e-mail marketing service. Any new clients are only accepted if they follow permission-based email guidelines.

Every email generated fromjunctionj marketing on behalf of its clients contains an unsubscribe link which automatically updates their subscriber lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have unsubscribed.

junctionj marketing is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of emails by maintaining solid relationships with all major ISPs, by providing up-to-date spam filters and continually staying on top of the spamming technologies.

Each email also lists contact information.

open rates and clicks

junctionj marketing sends email, on behalf of itself or clients, and tracks the open rates of the HTML version of these messages. This allows us and our clients to improve the quality of the messages we send. junctionj cannot track open rates on plain text messages.

junctionj marketing may also track clicks on web site links included in the messages.

Information regarding the activity of email recipients is reported to the client who deployed the message through junctionj marketing, and may be used in case studies. Information about specific email recipients is only shared with the client who owns the list on which the recipient's email address originally appeared.

junctionj marketing employs the use of transparent images in our messages for tracking purposes. This only tracks open rates of messages that have been deployed by junctionj marketing. Upon opening, messages sent from or behalf of junctionj marketing, will send a notification to our internal reporting services.

We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and clients. This is not linked to personal information that can identify any individual person.

junctionj is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. All information - including customer accounts, transactions, and all correspondence - are handled with discretion.
